The Grief Club
Losing a loved one can leave us isolated, however, in the midst of the darkness
there exists a sanctuary of healing and connection - the Grief Club

A club we did not know its existence
until we lost someone who we loved
we were thrown into it without even knowing it
we did not choose but were forced to live in
A club we found other grieving souls
we speak the same language and
experience the same pain, regardless of
our culture, race, religion, or gender differences
A club we met other bereaved individuals
it makes us realising that we are not alone
it is cold comfort knowing we understand through
slight nod, meaningful gesture or no words needed
A club we will be in forever once we are admitted
although it might has many different branches
lost a child, a parent, a spouse, or a friend
but it has one headquarter is called “Grief Club”

I am a motherless daughter and an adult orphan, who loves passionately and grieves intensely, as I write and share about my personal grief journey with others, after I lost my darling Mum on 04 October 2022
to major stroke so suddely and so unexpectedly, with the hope that it might comfort, help and inspire people on their own journey.
"Mum, I carry your strength
with every step I take
on this new path "
